Recall the formula to convert degree Fahrenheit to degree Celsius:
C = (5/9)*(F - 32)
Substituting,
C = (5/9)*(-4 - 32)
C = (5/9)*(-36)
C = -20 deg Celsius

Hope this helps~ :3
