If aluminum foil has a density of 2.70 g/ml, then how thick would be a 2.22 g sample of foilif it measures 5.0 cm on each side.

if the thickness is x cm, then since density = mass/volume, and 1ml = 1cm^3,

2.70 g/cm^3 = (2.22 g) / (25x cm^3)
Now just solve for x.
