a = (21^2-35^2/0.08 = -9800 m/s^2.
V = Vo + a*t = 21 m/s.
35 + -9800t = 21
t = 0.001429 s. = 1.429 ms.
a = (21^2-35^2/0.08 = -9800 m/s^2.
V = Vo + a*t = 21 m/s.
35 + -9800t = 21
