Use the Pythagorean Theorem.
a^2 + b^2 = c^2
10^2 + b^2 = 25^2
100 + b^2 = 625
b^2 = 525
b = 22.9 feet
Do the second problem using the Pythagorean Theorem.
a^2 + b^2 = c^2
10^2 + b^2 = 25^2
100 + b^2 = 625
b^2 = 525
b = 22.9 feet
