                b.)write the equation of the line that passes through the point (-6,-2) and has a slope of -2/3.
if im using y=mx+b then how would I plug in -2/3 since it is a fraction instead of a regular number?

    -2 = (-2/3)(-6) + b
-2 = 4 + b
-2-4 = 4-4 +b
-6 = b
m = -2/3
y = mx + b
y = -2x/3 +(-6)
y = -2x/3 - 6
