Consider the reaction:
2CO(g) + O2(g) equilibrium 2CO2 (g)
Write the equilibrium expression for this reaction.
Keq = ??
Addition of a catalyst to this reaction would have what effect on the equilbrium?

catalyst does not change the equilibrium, only the speed of the reaction.
Keq=[CO2]^2 /([CO]^2*[O2])
Keq=[CO2]^2 /([CO]^2*[O2])
