Today, there are many different variations of Buddhism. Buddhism is not simply a religion or philosophy, but a way of life. Many people have incorporated Buddhism into their current traditions or religion. In any variation of Buddhism, the fundamental practices have remained unchanged. Karma, Ahimsa and Sangha are the basic doctrine of Buddhism and reflect the foundation of the religion.

*Revised* If a ball is thrown vertically upward with a velocity of 160 ft/s, then its height after t seconds is s = 160t - 16t^2. What is the velocity of the ball when it is 96 ft above the ground on its way up? (Consider up to be the positive direction. Round the answer to one decimal place.) What is the velocity of the ball when it is 96 ft above the ground on its way down? (Round the answer to one decimal place.)
that is what i am having trouble with =/ i got 96= 160t-16t^2 and i don't know how to factor. so i tried -16t^2+160t-96 and used the quadratic formula and i got two answer: .6 and 9.4...i do not know what i am doing wrong, but i really need help finding t when it's 96 feet. Thank you.

Honestly your correct when you say I have a lack of planning for the essay. Honestly I read both books and i just don't know where to get started. I realize that a major part of the book is about dreaming and what is actually real. I don't know how to put this into a thesis statement. I also have looked at photgraphy collections of Dodgson. He enjoyed photographing children and specifically young girls. He believed the height of a child determined their emotional and psychological development. I don't know how to incorporate this into my essay. Honestly I am so confused in planning it out. Sorry I really am trying!
The link didn't work.

The Domain = all x values... so in a coordinated pairs above (x,y) the domain = {0,3,5,8} the Range would = all y values. The definition of a function is that a function is a correspondence between a first set, called the domain (x values), and a second set, called the range (y values), such that each member of the domain corresponds to exactly one member of the range. So basically if any number is seen more than once in the domain... it's not a function. b would be correct for the first question b would be correct for the second question.
Thanks so much Ms. Sue
I can't even find that section in my text book.
I don't either, I am totally confused by this one.
Took the quiz and went with C., it was wrong. I got a 95% at least. They don't give us what the right answer was though.
