Please check your Eq for errors. My solution is based on the assumption that the 28t term is correct.

V = Vo + g*Tr
Tr = (V-Vo)/g = (0-28)/-9.8 = 2.86 s. =
Rise time.

Tf = Tr = 2.86 s. = Fall time.

T = Tr + Tf = 2.86 + 2.86 = 5.72 s. =
Time in air.
