You can't add up "red" + "red" in any meaningful way so those options fall out, the other ones should be straight forward, is there a difference between 2 in 6 or 1 in 3?
For E(D) just calculate E(D) = E(R)- E(B), how often do you expect red and blue to come out in 240 draws?
For SE(D)= SD * sqrt(n) which will be 12.X
Again you can use any of the dies e.g. 1,1,-1,-1,0,0 = 1,-1,0 to calculate the SD for the die

there are 3 reasons for which you do not understand this easy statistic issue:
-teacher did not explained you well enough( which I doubt)
-you are not attentive(which is most likely)
-you are not accurate or you jump directly on seeking answers,without a complete judgement of the problem(100% true, since you are looking for help).

Why? If you undertake a course to gain a certificate - that involves assessment of your knowledge, then getting someone else to answer the questions for you is doing a disservice to everyone doing the course. Can't stop the cheating. But I can have fun playing with heads.

I just wonder how sad your life must be to take enjoyment out of telling wrong answers in an internet forum, posting under multiple names just to screw with people.

was trying to follow the conversation, but the truth is that I cannot understand some mental illnesses of two or three of you. if you are really following the honor code, what do you do in these pages? This only reflects that there is something wrong in you. If it really mattered you , just knowing that you did it for yourself you should feel pride but try to make others life miserable only say that you still feel miserable. Do you always follow the honor code? Never cheated your husband / wife? Never have you deceived your boss? Never told a lie? If you answered no to all of the above, (that doubt it) I think that then what is missing in you is a blow to your pride with a little humility.
