some help needed...i have to write research paper..paper topic is to choose one of these poets and analyze one or more of hus poems:Donne, Herbert, Vaughan, Marvell, Crashaw
But i can only use page- well i am not allowed to write the adress but it is luminarium...I have to have clear thesis in the introductory paragraph, line of developments and arguments. I am not good in those things especially with poems!Anybody interested in helping me with this paper?
Please type in the luminarium webpage's URL -- putting spaces between elements as follows:
http : / / www . chron . com
My further questions:
~This is a research paper, but you can use only one source?? Or is this the source of your primary work and you can use other sources for your research?
~How long does YOUR paper need to be?
Also, here are some websites about reading, understanding, and analyzing/explicating poetry. Please read through them and see if they offer some help that you can use.

Please repost when you have read through these and have a better understanding of what you need to do. I and/or someone else here will give you feedback as soon as we can.
=)
Please choose a poem and tell us what you think about it. Then, we'll be glad to help you develop your paper.
eve then i cannot post a website the rest is / sevenlit / metaphysical . htm
Yes this is a research paper however my research can be done only on this site. I have to write a paper of about 800 words
thank you .I will do it:)
i will read some poems and i'll select one or two and tomorrow at 3 p.m. i am going to send my post...thank you really...i really need some help...
You might also ask for some clarification from your teacher. I think what he/she is asking for is more of an analysis or explication of the poem, rather than a research paper. It might just be terminology, but we'll see.
The first time I ever had to do an assignment like this, I was very confused, but as I got into it and just waded through, it became quite interesting. I won't say it was easy, but it was definitely interesting to realize how my interpretation of the poem was altered by conducting such thorough (line by line) analysis.
I'm looking forward to your post tomorrow.
