You need the solubility of PbCl2.
...........PbCl2 --> Pb^2+ + 2Cl^-

Ksp = (Pb^+)(Cl^-)2
Ksp = (x)(2x)^2
where x = solubility.
Substitute for x when you have the solubility (in mols/L) and calculate Ksp.
