I am working on an autobiographical research paper that analyzes the
influences of race as it relates to your community. Can someone please answer a few of the following questions to help me with different openions on the subject?

What are some similarities and differences between you and the people who are in
leadership positions in your community?
Do you feel minority group interests are represented within your community?
If you could resolve any inequities within your community, what would you change?

As I understand your assignment, you need to answer these questions about YOUR own experiences. As you said, this is an autobiographical paper, so any experiences someone else has wouldn't necessarily be the same as you've had.
This is correct ;) However I have already answered these questions myself. Now I am trying to gather information from others that I can use to either support or show a difference in my openions and experiences.

I suggest you talk with other people in your community -- both in your racial and ethnic group -- and those in other groups. Check to see if your perceptions are similar to theirs.
