I need to write an autobiographical essay about something that changed me in a significant way. I just need some ideas. I have no idea what to write about.

Think of a moment in your life when you suddenly thought "AHA!" That's usually when something has happened that makes you change how you do things or how you think of things.

Once you have that AHA moment in mind, you'll have no trouble writing your paper.
