heat gained by cool water + heat lost by warm water = 0
[mass cool H2O x specific heat x (Tfinal-Tinitial)] + [mass warm H2O x specific heat x (Tfinal-Tinitial)] = 0
Substitute and solve for Tfinal.
[mass cool H2O x specific heat x (Tfinal-Tinitial)] + [mass warm H2O x specific heat x (Tfinal-Tinitial)] = 0
