could i just use the quadratic equation on this problem?

let z = sin theta

2 z^2 + 3 z + 1 = 0

(2 z +1)(z+1) = 0

z = -1/2 or z = -1

sin theta = -1/2

theta = 11 pi/6 or 7 pi/6

sin theta = -1
theta = 3 pi/2
