we know that sinx=cosx at x=pi/4.
since arcsin(1) = pi/2 and arccos(1) = 0,
arcsin > arccos for x in (1/√2,1]
since arcsin(1) = pi/2 and arccos(1) = 0,
arcsin > arccos for x in (1/√2,1]
