Question

I need help with scales and converting them to real-life measurements.

So, there's this line on the page that measures 1 metre in real life. I measured it with my ruler and it is 9.3 cm.

So the scale is 9.3 cm = 1 m.

But how would I convert measurements with my ruler into real life measurements?

I measured a distance between points on the page and it is 4.4 cm. But I want to know how much it measures in metres, in real life.

Sorry if this sounds confusing.
