It must be more than 63 - 16 = 47
It must be less than 63 + 16 = 79
Other than that I do not know without knowing the angle between sides.
If it is a right triangle, is 63 the hypotenuse?

yes it is a right triangle -b is the side length and a is the base

16^2 + 63^2 = h^2
