JOHN is planting a garden. He wants to put a fence around it. If the garden is 3,000cm wide and 6,500 cm long, how much fence does he need? What will the cost be if fence is 15.25 per meter

3,000 cm = 30 m
6,500 cm = 65 m
P = 2L + 2W
P = 2(65) + 2(30)
Multiply the total perimeter by $15.25 to get the cost of the fencing.
