How do i obtain the vapor pressure of Molten syrup?

Decide what temperature you want to measure the vapor pressure at.
Using a vacuum pump, remove all the air in a sealed metal enclosure containing some syrup at a controlled temperature.
Using a absolute pressure transducer, U-tube manometer or Bourdon tube manometer, measure the pressure in the enclosure.
You may need to clean the pressure gauges afterwards, since syrup will condense inside
