just use the product rule and go for it:
cosy - x siny y' + y' cosx - y sinx = 0
y'(cosx - x siny) = y sinx - cosy
y' = (y sinx - cosy) / (cosx - x siny)
cosy - x siny y' + y' cosx - y sinx = 0
y'(cosx - x siny) = y sinx - cosy
y' = (y sinx - cosy) / (cosx - x siny)
