With regards to photosynthesis, if the following problems occurred, how would photosynthesis be affected?

1.) a.) NADP+ is not present in the thylakoid space

b.) CO2 is not available to the plant

Thanks, but these links really don't help me. I need someone to explain this stuff to me. My teacher does a really lousy job of teaching, and my textbook ain't so great either. Is there anyone online that is knowledgeable in biology?
