3/5 * 2 = 6/5 lb.

3/10 * 6/5 = 18/50 = 0.36 lb. left

2.0 - 0.4 = 1.6

1.6 - 0.3 = 1.3 is the answer

you all are missing the REMAINING. 32(.4) = 12.8 oz in pizza. 32-12.8 = 19.2 REMAINING after the pizza. THEN he uses 3/10. 19.2(.3) = 5.76 oz in bread. She made like a little biscuit. She would have had to use some flour to dust the table to knead the dough for the pizza and for the bread. But let's assume that is in the total that she already used. So she used 12.8 + 5.76 = 18.56 oz. She has left 32-18.56 = 13.44 ounces. (see the "express your answer as a decimal")

the 5.76 oz of bread is the .36 lb from Ms. Sue above.

First, you multiply 2/5 and 2 which gives you 4/5 and 4/5 is the flour she used to make the pizza. If 5 is the denominator then the whole should be 5/5 and 5/5 minus 4/5 is 1/5 which is the remaining flower then multiply 3/10 and 1/5 which is 3/50

3/50 plus 4/5 is 43/50 and the decimal of 43/50 is 0.86

The answer is 0.86

Never mind it's 0.06

The answer is not either of those. The answer is .84. How do I know? My teacher assigned it and she gave us the answer but we have to find out how to do it. So can someone that is actually smart help me?
