A 240-kg boat is at rest in calm conditions. A sudden wind pushes the boat 200 meters in 30 seconds. What was the net force on the boat if the acceleration was constant?

d = 0.5a*t^2 = 200 m.
0.5a*(30)^2 = 200
450a = 200
a = 0.444 m/s^2.

F = m*a = = 240*0.444 = 106.7 N.
