Iodine clock reaction
If the thiosulfate ion solution was omitted what would appear in the solution?
I know that once the thiosulfate ion is responsible and exhaubated the reaction rate stops and iodine is presented in the color blue.
In that case, if thiosulfate ion solution is omitted the solution (reaction rate would continue) would not present iodine(?).
