for a second point, you know y goes up 2 for every x. So add 6 to x, y should increase by 12. (1,16)

Here is another way to think about it.
You could write the equation of the line first in y = mx+b
You substitue:
4 = 2(-5) + b
4 +10 = b
14 = b
y = 2x + 14
Now let x = some values and solve for y and you will have the points you need to graph the line.
