if the sides have length a and b,
a^2 = 6^2 + 3.5^2 - 2(6)(3.5)cos42
b^2 = 6^2 + 3.5^2 + 2(6)(3.5)cos42
a^2 = 6^2 + 3.5^2 - 2(6)(3.5)cos42
b^2 = 6^2 + 3.5^2 + 2(6)(3.5)cos42
