First you should subtract 32-12 which equals 24 then make a fraction 24/36 then divide when you divide you should get 0.66 then multiply that number by 100 make it easier by just moving the decimal place 2 spaces to the right then that is your percentage which is 66%

32-12 isn't 24 it is 20 or at least that is what i got...
