Is there a chemical formula for animal fats? - Would the lipids chemical formula be the same as animal fats? Thanks

There are several, I suppose, but the one I see referenced as an example all the time is the ester between glycerine and stearic acid. Stearic acid is C17H35COOH and glycerine (glycerol) is (CH2OH)3. The ester is
(C17H35CO)3(CH2O)3 if I counted right.
