Just to make sure I understand, could you please review this two too? Thanks
Most of the trees HAVE Xs marked on them.
-The subject and verb agree.
2. Cassie and her brothers ATTACKS the lumbermen.
-Attacks become attack?
May I ask where did you get 4/52 and 1/2?
I confused the PROBABILITY OF GETTING 2 ACES. Thank you very much.
Could you review this one too please.
A jar hold 15 red pencils and 10 blues pencils. What is the probability of drawing two red pencil form the jar?
This would be an dependent and it would be 15/25( first time) x 14/24(second time)?
Thanks for the help, Reiny.
Thank you.
Could you explain more on why you put
| g-85 | </= 4 ? Thanks
Would the second one be |28 - t|</= 1.2?
Did you divide the -n by itself and then 2 by -n in order to get the sign reverse?
Also could you help me on this one? Thanks
A number minus one is at most nine, or two times the number is at least twenty-four.
Is it n-1</= 9 or 2n =/> 24 which equal n>/= 12 or n </= 10?
Could do use one of mine and show me how you check it? Thanks
Sorry, it actually -2/3(n^2)
Could you give me some examples from the poem that you think show Allan not being able to go on with his life because of his wife's death? If not then thank you very much anyway.
Is the 4 line the best examples because he sleep/stay beside her tomb everyday or do you have another points of view? Thanks
Why did you multiply by 5?
So for this problem 3y + 2x = 4.5 it would be 30y + 20x = 45( I multiply all the term by factor of 10 to get rid of the decimals) then I would simplify it into 4x + 6y=9. Is this correct?
Thanks! That helped me a lot!
Thanks again =)!
Yes.
( I don't know if I'm 100% correct, could someone recheck if neeeded too? Thanks)
1. 3sqrt2-8sqrt128 [ First you multiply 3 x 2, which will give you 6sqrt. Then you would multiply -8 and 128, which will give you -1024. The final step would be to combine like terms, the like term in the expression is 6 s q r t and - 1024 s q r t. Combining these together would give you -1018sqrt].
The pairs should be parallel. y-x=-8 in slope intercept form ( y=mx+b) is y=x - 8. So the slope for y-x=-8 is 1 too.
I don't get what you mean by holding up a pencil. I hold up one and I don't see anything?
Yes.
Thank you very much Ms.Sue!
So basically the question is asking what examples do they know of that contribute to the community? Thanks
Thanks for the website, I will study it right now. Also, is "Everybody" singular? Thanks
It is approximately 2202 lbs for 1mil dollar in 1 dollar bills.
Possible for you to suggest me some ideas? I ran out of ideas on how to start it for this topic. I think all day in school and could only come up with sentences that start with "Everyone".Thanks again =D
Thank you very much for your helps throughout the day, Ms.Sue!
1. 3-9= -6
2.3-8= -5
3. -6 + (-5) = ?
24 - (-9) = ?
Thanks Ms.Sue!
Yes. I thought I'm only allow to use the word "not" once. Thanks
The number I pick was 1, I +5 to it which = 6, then 6 x 2 = 12 then 12-4 = 8 and when I divided it by 2, I don't get 3?
Since the rectangles are similar, you could use proportion. 42/27= 56/x. 56 x 27 =1512/ 27 = 36. Which mean X= 36.
won't the improper fraction be 91/12 and 77/12?
I mean 182/12 and 77/12.
Turn 1 1/6 into improper fraction which would be 7/6. The common denominator for 7/6 and 3/4 would be 12. 7/6 = 14/12 and 3/4 = 9/12. 14/12 - 9/12 = 5/12.
You could turn them both into improper fraction. 15 1/6 would now be 91/6. Then 6 5/12 would be 77/12. 6 and 12 common denominator is 12 so 91/6=182/12. 77/12 = 77/12. 182/12- 77/12= 105/12. Then you turn 105/12 into a mixed number which would be 8 9/12= 8 3/4.
A line parallel to y=-4x+3 would be y=-4x-5. ( Parallel line have the same slope).
I don't think this question given enough information to be solve. The question you just stated is like saying one object is 5 pound, what is the weigh of the larger one?
1/6 that the dice will roll a 5.
1/6 that the dice will roll a number less than 2.
I don't think MathMate mean to divide the number.
- I'm guessing he say to add the total amount up, and put it as the denominator while the amount of white ball is the numerator. Then you will have your probability of picking a white ball ( Simplify if needed).
You could use proportion to solve for these. 6/10 = x/Amount attempt.[solve for x in the formula]
If I'm not incorrect, the inequality would be 180=4x+45. 180-45=135/4=33.75.
If I'm not incorrect, the inequality would be 180=4x+45. 180-45=135/4=33.75.
What is 306.52/19.4? That will give you X
Thanks
So absent-mind of me to overlook the simple pattern. Thanks Ms.Sue!
I came up with 8=s^3, how would I solve this? Thanks

Does f(1) + g(2) mean the sum of those 2 output? Thanks
9x^2-bx+4
Thank you!
Thanks you Ms.Sue!
The answer would be (2x+3)(x+1). Do you need an explanation on how to do such problem?
A number plus sixteen.
So since it S3O6, it was reduce to SO3?
When you write the formula in word equation would it be : Octasilicon and oxygen reacted to produce sulfur trioxide?
Would this be the balance equation?
S8 + 12O2 -> 8SO3
I mean OH sorry. So this isn't one of the 6 type of reactions? Thanks
Math blue book on I.s 126 page 24-25
DrBob, could you clarify what you mean by " one compound on the left forms more than one on the right" Thanks.
Oh, thanks you for that! If it was H2O2 + O2 + Heat = H2O + O2 it would still be decomposition?
The world equation didn't have any sulfate on the product side :(. I'm guessing such formula can't be right since how can there be sulfate on one side and there none on the other. So the words equation is wrong right? Thanks
If it was 1040 gallons it would be around 9.1 tons right? Thanks Ken
Oh. Typo sorry. So CuSO4 + NAOH would be Cu(OH)2 + NA2SO4? Thanks
There is 8. NH4 is ammonium. There is 4 hydrogen in each ammonium so 2 ammonium would give you a total of 8 hydrogen.
Since the AgNO3 have a molar mass of 169.87 g. I divided that by 0.02 g and got 0.000118 moles of AgNO3. How would I find how many moles is Ag and how many is NO3? Thanks
I mean Ag but not NO3 **
It would be 0.00023 mol .Thank you. Let say if they want to know the amount of ions. I would just have to multiply that number by avogadro number right? Thanks
Thank you so much for that explanation!
DrBob, let say the mass of H2O is 18 g. Would 1 gram of water be about 0.05 mole of H2O? Thanks
Since there is 5H2O is about 36% of CUSO4 + 5H2O , would there be about 16 g of residue left over? Thanks
Dr.Bob, do you think there is a formula for animals fats? I can only find the different formula for different lipids. Thanks

x^2 + 1 , if x >= 0
f(-4) would be -6? I kind of not understand why do we keep going down the value. Thanks
Oh, thanks you so much! I did not realize f(x-3) and (x-3) make such different.
n = 4
I'm being asked to solve f(4) = f(4-1) + f(4-2). The answers is 3, but I don't know how to get to that answer. Thanks
Quotes from wiki "Adhesion is the tendency of dissimilar particles or surfaces to cling to one another" So I'm thinking it is an attractive force? Thanks
Would the answer be =1 since tan4.7* cot 4.7 = 1? Thanks
The question is What is the root mean square velocity of ammonia molecules (NH3) at 45°C? -My teacher is telling me to use the formula KE=1/2MV^2 to find the velocity and told me to use 45 celcius as the KE and molar mass as M and solve for V^2. (45=17 * V2)
I thought KE is joules and not celcius so I'm confuse.
What do you mean there are procedures? Thanks
So CH4 + O2 = CH3OH ?
Thanks you for the balanced equation!
For Boyle, Lussac, and Charles Law, do I have to convert the units to the standard measurement? Like temperature to kelvin and pressure to atm? Thanks
Bob, could you verify this answer for me too please? Thanks
P1 = 1.08 atm
V1 = 250 mL
T1 = 297 K
T2 = 310.2 K
P2 = 2.25 atm
Would V2 = 125.3 mL?
Now that you mention it, I checked and under those conditions , the first value should not be 3.21 mols. So I guess that why I was unable to get the correct answer for 5.29 mols.I think the point of the conditions was just to say that the condition for the change were the same. It is possible to conclude that since the conditionals were the same, the mol of the gas is proportional to volume. Thus n1/v1 = n2/v2? THanks

Well, it have no decimal places so I don't know how many significant figure should the answer be
TY, Steve.
OH! The x was an exponent.... it was a
