Products of oxidative phosphorylation are ATP, water, and NAD. Its actually three not two. Oxygen is the final electron acceptor in oxidative phosphorylation and it is converted to water; protons are passed from NADH to form NAD+; and those protons are passed through the ATPase to produce ATP from ADP.
Products of glycolysis are pyruvate, ATP, and NAD.2H. Four ATP are produced, but two are consumed in the breaking down of glucose into pyruvate; NAD.2H is produced when one the intermediates are formed and the break down of glucose into pyruvate.

I am not Jiskha's bio expert, but I have a little bit of experience in the area.
thanks
I'm glad you could help, Devron!
