you know that tan π/6 = 1/√3, so, since
tan(π+θ) = tanθ,
tan 7π/6 = 1/√3
sec -210 = sec 210 = sec(180+30) = -√3/2
Draw diagrams, to make sure you get the right quadrants, and watch out for the specified domains!
since -π <= θ <= π
cos .69 = .77, so θ = ±(π-.69)
csc 6 = 9.5, and -270 <= θ <= 90, so θ = -6 or -180+6
