How can a multiple choice question be "too complex"? An essay would involve complexity. I don't know the answer to any of those questions, but I'm sure that five minutes of research online would produce enough data to answer any of them.

I'm having some of the same trouble. People just do not get that the text is confusing. I've talked to a lot of people and they have the same opinion. People shouldn't answer unless they're going to help. We're not stupid.
