It is asking me to list three sources and one from my community. Where am I supposed to get the other two?

I'd imagine that the other sources could be interviews, brochures, etc., that support your ideas in your paper. If it's a research paper, you can't have come up with all the ideas in it all by yourself, right? Where else did you get information, other than your own mind?
