My question is

is petrol , Kerosene , oil and Naptha all hydrocarbons which means that they all contain only hydrogen and carbon ? and nothing else?

A qualified yes. "Petrol" is not a pure compound, and what we put in our car gas tanks contains additives that may include oxygen, such as ethanol or MTBE.
