That is wrong it should be

My parents and I.
No honey it should be My parents and I.

What one sounds better

My parents and me talked to grandma on the phone.
or
My parents and I talked to grammar on the phone.

The better sounding one is the second one
My parents and I talked to grammar on the phone.
