X values
9 - (-3) = 12
12/4 = 3
so
-3 , 0 , 3 , 6 , 9

y values
15 - 5 = 10
10/4 = 2.5
so
5 , 7.5 , 10, 12.5 , 15

so
(-3,5) (0,7.5) (3,10) (6,12.5) (9,15)
