x^2 + (4/3) x = 1/3
x^2 + (4/3) x + 4/9 = 1/3+4/9 = 7/9
(x+2/3)^2 = 7 /9
x+2/3 = +/- sqrt7 /3
x = -2/3 +/- sqrt7/3
x^2 + (4/3) x + 4/9 = 1/3+4/9 = 7/9
(x+2/3)^2 = 7 /9
x+2/3 = +/- sqrt7 /3
x = -2/3 +/- sqrt7/3
