9x-6y=-30
x-3y=6

from the 2nd: x = 3y+6
sub into 1st
9(3y+6) - 6y = -30
27y +54 - 6y = -30
21y = -84
y= -4
then x = 3(-4) + 6 = -6

x=-6 , y = -4
