    just multiply all the coordinates by the dilation factor: 2
V(6,2) -> V'(12,4)

    Instead of trying to find the answer, from another student. Figure it out. If the scale factor is 2. Then by taking the first coordinate (V(6,2), just multiply each of the numbers by 2. You're final answer is: V(12,4)
