You seem to have an error in your problem. Hummingbird wings do not beat that fast.

As a teacher I can't be a party to misinformation. In this case, the rate quoted is at least 10 times faster than normal.

I believe that the answer is 36,000 even though it doesn't flap it's wings that fast
