How do you determine the mass of NACL needed to prepare 25.00 ml of a 1.585M NaCl Solution?

25 ml = 0.025 L

.025L * 1.585 mole/L = 0.0396 mole * 93.9g/mole = 3.72g NaCl

You need to rethink the molar mass of NaCl. It's closer to 58.44 than to 93.9.
