the width in cm of a rectangle is the same as the slope of the line 5x-6y=-14, and its length in cm is the same as the slope of the line that is perpendicular to the line 9x+4y=87. Find the perimeter of the rectangle.

5x - 6y = -14.
W = m = -A/B = -5/-6 = 5/6 cm.

9x + 4y = 87.
L = m = -(4/-9) = 4/9 cm.

P = 2W + @L = 2*(5/6 + 2*(4/9)
P = 10/6 + 8/9 = 90/54 + 48/54
P = 138/54 = 2.56 cm.
