Can anyone help me with these. I want different views please. In separate paragraphs describe your approach to classroom organization, motivation, discipline, and teaching styles, given your current perspective. Contrast each element of this paper with the opposite approach (behaviorist or constructivist), as you see it. I see it as constructive. Help please

A lot depends upon the age, abilities, and location of the students as well as the teacher and district objectives. As a middle school social studies teacher, I wanted my students involved and to like the subject. By planning different projects and activities, I kept their interest and hopefully they've gone on to take more social studies classes in high school and college.
