    I am assuming Y is the Ht. or Altitude.
A = 8o.
B = 121o
C = 51o.
c/sinC = b/sinB.
Multiply both sides by sinB:
b = csinB/sinC = 12*sin121/sin51 =13.24.
Area = 0.5*bc*sinA.
Area = 0.5*13.24*12*sin8=11.05 Sq. Units
Area = 0.5b*Y = 11.05
0.5*13.24*Y = 11.05
Y = 1.67.
