(sec x)^2 = 2
(cos x)^2 = 1/2
cos x = ± 1/√2

we know cos π/4 = 1/√2

so x could be 45°, 135°, 225° , 315° ...
notice we add 90° each time

so the general solution is
π/4 + π/2 k, where k is an integer
matching this with A + Bk
A = π/4
B = π/2
