A very strong 100kg man is having a tug-of-war with a 1500kg elephant. The coefficient of static friction for both on the ground is 0.9. Find the force that would be needed to move the elephant.

The force needed to move the elephant, by slipping,
F = Melephant*g*0.9 = 13,230 N,
would cause the human to slip first.
The problem doesn't make sense to me.
