There are 7.0 x 10^6 red blood cells in 1.0 mm^3 of blood. How many red blood cells are in 1 L of blood?

1 L = 1000 cc.
1000 cc x (10 mm/cm) x (10 mm/cm) x (10 mm/cm) = 1E6 mm^3
