just drag out your conversion factors:
#1: 3000g * 1kg/1000g = 3kg
#2: 3000g * 1lb/454g = 6.6lb
#3: 2.5L * 1000ml/L * 1oz/30ml * 1bottle/2oz = 41.6 = 41 bottles
#4: 6mg * 1oz/24mg * 6tsp/oz = 1.5 tsp
#5:
cherry: 6tsp * 5ml/tsp = 30ml
lidocaine: 6 oz * 6tsp/oz * 5ml/tsp = 180ml
diblah: 200ml
total volume is thus 30+180+200 = 410ml

A doctor writes a prescription for 20 mg of Tobramycin antibiotic saline solution. The solution is to be injected intravenously one time a day. On hand we have a 30 mg/2 ml vial of Tobramycin.
