no idea. Reread the problems. I figure you have mixed up #3 and #4, since the numbers are totally different.
to get your own answer, just move the decimal place 4 spots to the right:
6.8x10^0 = 6.8
6.8x10^-1 = 0.68
6.8x10^-2 = 0.068

The answer for 3 is 0.00068. That isn't one of the choices so there is a typo or someone goofed when they wrote the problem.
